How to Use
Wet area with warm water and apply the desired amount. Shave in the direction of hair growth and rinse clean. We recommend following with California North After Shave Care for face and California North Action Moisturizer if shaving body.
Caution: if the product enters the eye, wash out thoroughly with plenty of clean water.

Do you remember “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy?” A girl I was dating at the time loved the show, so we watched it often. That gave me ideas on how to shave better as I often struggled with razor burn and lots of irritation (very sensitive skin). Based on the show I went to the local department store to check out some products (I believe it was Macy’s). This was around 13 years ago now. “I first heard of this stuff back in 1999, then started seeing it in Nordstrom, that’s when I started using it. I’ve been impressed ever since.
First, the application is really nice. It’s non foaming which is good for not drying out your skin. It goes on like a lotion and you can thin it out with the amount of water you apply with it. The pump bottle really helps to apply it.
Second, the function is great. My multi blade razor slides effortlessly and the shaved hair actually sticks to the cream, so the hair is not falling all over your face. It’s still easy to rinse the razor clean. It’s texture is light so you do not have to apply any pressure to your blade as well. That really helps get a close shave, and prevent nicks.
Lastly, the after effects. Since they are a skin care company, it’s not just about the shave, it’s as much about conditioning the skin in the process. My skin definitely feels cleaner and younger when I’m done. I follow with their After shave balm, which is very light, and my skin feels refreshed. I would definitely recommend this shave cream to anyone using a multi blade razor.”

My husband uses Razor Shave cream and loves it. I discovered it on vacation. We were in a place with very hard water and shaving my legs became unbearable. I’ve been using California North Razor Shavecream for years and it has always worked better than anything else I’ve tried. It’s foam less, slick and conditions my skin while I shave. I don’t nick myself with this stuff and I like that it doesn’t dry you out or cause acne either.
